Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

 

Make sure the product was bought directly from us. We cannot refund purchases from other vendors. If you have received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased.

 

SENDING A RETURN

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days from receipt of purchase.

 

STEP 1: 

Please email hello@breeprobiotics.co.uk providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and reasons why.

 

STEP 2: 

Once you have received confirmation from the Bree Team, you will receive a return form unique to your order via email.

Please return the product(s) and printed return form to:

We recommend that you return your items by tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department. 

 

STEP 3: 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
